2. Account Registration & Security

To use NextVPN Services, you must create an account via our email OTP verification system, Google Sign-In, or standard user credentials.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during sign-up.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and authentication state.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.

3. VPN Services & Subscriptions

NextVPN provides encrypted, high-speed connection routes to enhance online privacy and security.

• Service Plans & Traffic Limits: Subscriptions are issued with specified duration and data bandwidth quotas. Reaching allocated bandwidth or duration limits may pause connection routing until plan renewal or quota top-up.
• Automated Fulfillment: Subscription lines and node connections are generated upon payment confirmation.
• Personal Use: Unless explicitly configured under an authorized reseller plan, subscription accounts are provided for personal or internal business use.

4. Payments, Wallet & Refund Policy

All subscription purchases and wallet credits are subject to our pricing schedule:

• Payments: Payments may be completed via supported gateways, direct wallet balance deductions, or cryptocurrency options.
• Wallet Balance: Wallet funds are used to order services, renew active subscriptions, or purchase top-ups.
• Refund Policy: Refund requests are subject to our service eligibility criteria (e.g. usage thresholds and time limits from the date of activation or latest renewal). Eligible refunds approved for wallet credit will be credited back to your account balance. Fraudulent usage or Terms breaches invalidate refund eligibility.

6. Service Availability & Modifications

While NextVPN strives for 99.9% network uptime, Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, update, or temporarily pause service routes for essential maintenance, server optimization, or security enhancements without prior liability.

7. Account Termination

NextVPN reserves the right to suspend, throttle, or terminate your account and access to Services immediately, without prior notice or refund, if you breach any provision of these Terms or engage in illegal or abusive activities.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextVPN provides Services without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. NextVPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services.
